Mobile phone etiquette and golf cart use

After hearing a few complaints about people using mobile phones on the course could it please be noted that mobile phones should be turned to silent while playing a round.
Conversations should only be had if absolutely necessary.

Also golf carts are OK to use during championship rounds with Hurstville Golf Club.
