It is every player‘s responsibility to be aware of and be familiar with the rules of golf and to check the local rules and temporary local rules at the pro shop.

The rules of golf (including local rules) and etiquette guidelines are fundamental to the integrity of the game. They should be respected and adhered to by all players so that all players compete on a fair and equal basis.
